Conditions we Treat
Anxiety
The single most common mental health struggle among Americans, anxiety is characterized by feelings of uneasiness, worry, or tension, in regard to a thought, event, or potential outcome.
While occasional anxiety can be beneficial, persistent, severe, debilitating anxiety should not go untreated.
Bipolar Disorder
Characterized by episodes of manic behavior and depression, bipolar disorder can be broken down into Bipolar I, Bipolar II, and cyclothymic disorder.
Some people experience as little as one bipolar episode, where as others combat ongoing cycles of these episodes. For most, this condition is manageable with proper treatment.
Borderline Personality Disorder
Characterized by an inability to manage their emotions, people with borderline personality disorder may experience impulsivity, self-doubt, and difficulty maintaining relationships with others.
Depression
Also known as major depressive disorder, depression, is a profound feeling of sadness or the loss of interest in things that used to make you happy.
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder is so much more than being a “clean freak”, it is when an individual has uncontrollable, reoccurring thoughts and/or behaviors that result in a repeated action, over and over again.
Post-traumatic Stress Disorder and Trauma
Trauma can turn a person’s world upside down. Whether it be first-hand trauma or trauma from something you witnessed or even heard about, working through it can improve an individual’s quality of life and the safety of everyone they interact with.
